Our work looks at the impunity of the state and big tech in the info-sphere.
Our primary geographies of investigation are Europe and India, both being highly diverse and heterogeneous regions and global powers.

In our Digital Watch chapter we track online hate speech, disinformation and misinformation and the real world consequences.
In our Impunity Watch chapter we track state and big tech actions (and failures) that lead to grave human rights violations, with a view to hold those responsible accountable.
In our Climate Watch chapter we are increasingly looking at the complex relation between land and people.
Gender equality is a cross-cutting priority within DAHRD’s work. We work with civil society organisations and partners in India to address the structural barriers that limit women’s participation in economic, political and public life. Our approach goes beyond documenting discrimination: we seek to strengthen women’s agency, access to opportunities and meaningful participation in decision-making processes.
