Our submission to the UN Special Rapporteur on the rights of Indigenous Peoples exposes how India’s refusal to recognise Adivasis as Indigenous Peoples fuels displacement, militarisation, and systemic rights violations. We call for international accountability, legal recognition, and full respect for Adivasi land, culture, and rights in line with global human rights standards.
